After a "bye" in 1st Round and tough matches against Lorenzi and Feliciano Lopez, Rafa played today against Marin Cilic from Croatia for a place in one of the semifinals in Rome.
Despite the fact that Cilic is a strong opponent, there was no problem for Rafa in this match who won in straight sets: 6-1, 6-3
So, Rafa is now in semifinals where he will face Richard Gasquet.
